OMA Cancun Holistic Healing Center & Temazcal is in Alfredo V. Bonfil, Cancun, Quintana Roo, surrounded by jungle and close to the airport. It is run by a Mexican family. "Oma" means "grandmother" in Dutch, and that is the idea: warmth, calm and good company.

The style is rustic with modern comfort: artistic mosaics in the common areas, a pool and cozy rooms.

OMA is also our philosophy: Open Mind, Master the Body and Awaken the Spirit. Here you will find temazcal, massages, ice bath and other holistic therapies to rest, heal and reconnect.

You have your private suite with its own bathroom and access to OMA's common areas: pool, free parking and Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Every morning we include a continental breakfast.

We also offer holistic therapies: guided traditional temazcal, massages, ice bath and womb healing. Ask us about schedules and availability.

We're here for whatever you need. Message us on Airbnb chat from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. and our team is on site from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

We're a small place and don't offer 24-hour service, but we'll reply as soon as we can. See you soon!

OMA is not a conventional hotel—it’s a unique holistic healing center nestled in the jungle, perfect for those seeking authenticity and adventure. Our space is ideal for people who appreciate passion over perfection and are open to experiencing the magic of nature.

Here’s what to know before your stay:

• Nature’s Charm: Being in the jungle means you may encounter insects or small animals, despite our dedicated efforts to maintain cleanliness.
• Adventure Awaits: The road to OMA includes a short unpaved section that might seem challenging for first-timers. However, there are clear signs to guide you, making it part of the adventure.
• Home-Cooked Meals: We don’t have a restaurant nor a menu, but we offer homemade meals prepared with love. As a small retreat center, we strive to accommodate all guests, but advanced reservations are required for meals. Breakfast is for free, so its a simple continetal breakfast, but you can add the delicious OMA eggs for a small extra cost.
• Better to come by car: There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance; the closest options are about a 10-minute drive away.
• Serenity Over Luxury: If you’re looking for something authentic, intimate, and soulful, OMA is for you. But if you prefer a hotel with 24-hour service, full amenities, and no surprises, we may not be the right fit.

Located:
25 minutes from Cancun International Airport to OMA
15 minutes back from OMA to Cancun International Airport
10 minutes from Cancun City (Avenida Huayacan)
30 minutes from the Cancun Hotel Zone and beaches
25 minutes from the ADO Bus Station in downtown Cancun

While OMA’s location may feel remote to some, this isolation is part of its charm—offering a true escape from the city and a unique jungle experience, still being close to everything by car.

The best is to rent a car. If not, from the airport to OMA we give you the contact of airport licensed taxis that bring you to OMA with fair prices. And from OMA you can easily move with UBER or DIDI. Nothing is walking distance.

We care for the environment: we use a biodigester to treat wastewater and reuse it for irrigation. To keep it working, please don't flush objects down the toilet and put paper and other waste in the trash bins.

We can provide an invoice for your stay. We're in Alfredo V. Bonfil, Cancun, near the airport, with free parking.
